I have been to see Mark for a deep tissue massage twice now and I cannot recommend him more. After 6 months of chronic knee pain and various physios and osteopaths, after one session with Mark I ran 20km without any knee pain whatsoever!
I will continue to visit Mark as he is now dealing with other niggles I've had for years and having so much success with them.
I feel like I've found someone that I can completely trust to support my body feeling its best! Mark finds the exact spots that need attention (even when I wasn't aware they did).
